Do you allow pets?
Sorry, we do not allow pets at our facility.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check in is 3pm. Check out is 11am.
Can I get an early check-in or late check-out?
We do honor these requests if our occupancy schedule will allow. If granted, a 1-hour early/late access extension is free of charge, anything above and beyond 1 hour is available at $25 per hour for guest rooms and $35 per hour for cottages.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking is included and all are in close proximity to our facilities. We have:
- 16 parking space (for 11 rooms) in our lower lot
- 3 Parking spaces available for each 2 BR cottage (#1 & 2)
- 2 Parking spaces available for each 1 BR Cottage (#3 & 4)
- 15-20 Parking spaces available at the Pavilion (for groups of 40 or more, we HIGHLY encourage carpooling)
Is there an ice maker on site?
Yes, the ice maker is located on the exterior of the Main Building, on the right side of the building.
What amenities do the Guests Rooms have?

ROOM BLOCKS AND FULL-FACILITY RENTAL
How do I block rooms and/or arrange a full-facility takeover for my event?
Please call us directly for all room BLOCK requests as they require particular care in our system.
How do my guests reserve their room as part of room block or full-facility takeover?
Your guests will need to call us directly @ (706) 452-1399 to reserve their room/cabin. Please be sure they have the Bride and/or Grooms last names. If they try to book online at our website, it will look as though our facility will be full.
PAVILION QUESTIONS
Is the Pavilion included if we rent the entire Inn?
No, the Pavilion is a separate rentable space. However, there is a discount on the Pavilion if you rent 4 units or more.
How do I rent the Pavilion?
To rent the Pavilion, you will need to contact us directly or reserve the space on our website. We do prefer that you call as there are typically lots of questions that come along with it.
What are the time/price options for the Pavilion?
The Pavilion schedule is as follows (with current pricing):
- Monday – Wednesday
- 11am to 4pm – $500
- 5pm to 10pm – $500
- 11am to 10pm – $900
- Thursday – Saturday
- 11am to 4pm – $600
- 5pm to 10pm – $650
- 11am to 10pm – $1000
- Sunday
- 11am to 4pm – $600
- 5pm to 10pm – $600
- 11am to 10pm – $1000
What is included in the Pavilion rental?
- 8 round metal tables (60″)
- 48 metal chairs (up to 60 available if needed)
- Clear Curtains to protect from wind and precipitation
- 2 Large trash cans with garbage bags
- Two 24″ low-boy cocktail tables
- Two Whiskey Barrels
- Two bathrooms (one is handicapped accessible)
- Counter-height refrigeration unit with counter space (approx. 8 ft)
- 8 ft of additional counter space
- Small hand sink with Hot & Cold water
- Electrical outlets
- Up Lighting and 3 ceiling fans
- Bistro Lighting over the uncovered patio space
- Parking for approx. 15-20 vehicles – with larger groups of 40+ guests, carpooling is encouraged
Do you have any rental items available for the Pavilion?
Yes, we have a number of items available to make your event run smoothly. These items include:
- 6ft Serving Tables with black spandex covers ($25 per table – 2 available)
- Ice Delivery (100 lbs) and a 120 qt cooler ($50)
- BoomBox with Mircophone ($50)
- Lanterns for tables tops ($40 for 8 – various options)
- Photo Backdrops ($75)
- Drink Dispensers (Hot and Cold – set of 2 – $40 pet set)
Do you have recommendations for vendors if we need them?
We have recommendations for all types of vendors including:
- Caterers & Food Trucks
- Coordinators & Officiants
- Rentals (heaters, backdrops, table top items, etc)
- Florists & Photographers
