Check in and Check out

Check in is at 3 PM or later and check out is required by 11 AM.  Prior to your reservation, you will be sent a room number and door code that is operational during the specified reserved time frame.


All payments must be made in full at least one week prior to your stay with a credit card.  All guests registering must be at least 18 years of age.

If you would like to hold a block of rooms for your friends and family, please refer to the Group Blocks and Full Facility Rental.


Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days or more from the reserved date will receive a full refund less a 7% credit card fee and a $20 processing fee per room reserved. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with thirty (30) days notice or less, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.


Adults include all occupants 18 years of age and older. Children 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult family member. Generally, one or two persons may occupy a room with one bed. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two beds. The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with one king bed is 2. The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with two queen beds is 4. An infant may be added to the total number of persons, provided the guest has an appropriate portable crib. Please make sure that you reserve a room that provides the number of beds to accommodate each guest (adults and children). Sleeping bags, cots, or furniture of any kind may not be placed in a Limelight Inn room by any guest.

Smoking or Pets

Please note that The Limelight Inn does not allow pets or smoking in any of our rooms. Violation of this policy may result in fines that we deem appropriate or removal from property.

Crime Free Premises

Engaging in or facilitating illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property.  This includes acts of violence or threats of violence which may jeopardize the health, safety or welfare of other guests.  Persons engaging in or facilitating illegal activities are not eligible for a refund and forfeit the remainder of their stay.

Furniture, Equipment and Soft Goods

The credit card used to make your reservation will be charged for any missing items and/or damage to your room.  Missing items and severity of damage will be assessed by the owners of The Limelight Inn and a monetary value will be determined for replacement and or repair.

Group Reservations and Full Facility rental

The entire facility may be rented for your private group (all 11 rooms and the hospitality center).  The terms and conditions listed above apply to this rental along with additional guidelines signed upon reserving the facility.  Please click here for more details about renting the full facility.
