Group Blocks & Full Facility Rental

The Limelight Inn is ideal for wedding groups, family reunions or business retreats.

Room Blocks for Guest Reservations:

If you’d like to reserve* a block of rooms for your event, a deposit is required.  The deposit amount is based on the number of rooms being reserved and is refundable (less credit card fees) up to 30 days from the reservation date.  The deposit serves as payment for one or two rooms as follows:
Reserve: 1-5 rooms 
Deposit amount is the purchase of one room (plus taxes and fees).
Reserve: 6-11 rooms
Deposit amount is the purchase of two rooms (plus taxes and fees).

*Rooms will be reserved up until 30 days prior to the date of stay. Any rooms that have not been booked by your guests by this time will be released to the public.

Full Facility Rental:

Private rental of the entire facility, inclusive of 11 rooms and the hospitality center, is available for groups who would like use of the hospitality center at their discretion.  

Rental times follow the schedule of room check in (3:00 p.m.) and check out (11:00 a.m.) to allow for incoming visitors to have access to the hospitality space. Variable time accommodations may be made upon request and will be granted if circumstances allow. 

The cost to rent the full facility is $2,500. A $500 (per day rented) deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date. Refunds will not be available for reservations cancelled within 30 days of the reservation date and credit card fees will be withheld from refunds.  

With full facility rental you will have the option to keep the continental breakfast or request that it be suspended for your privacy. 

All terms and conditions for room rental apply with additional terms for rental of the hospitality space.
