Group & Pavilion Rentals

Room Blocks

If you are interested in blocking multiple room or cottages, simply call us directly at (706) 452-1399 and we can walk you through the process.  A deposit would be required to create the block.  The deposit amount is based on the number of rooms being blocked and is refundable (less credit card fees) up to 60 days from the reservation date.  Rooms will be blocked until 60 days prior to the date of stay as well.  Any rooms that have not been reserved by your guests by this time will be released to the public. The deposit serves as payment for one or two rooms, depending on the size of the room block.
1-5 units, the deposit amount would be the reservation/purchase of ONE room or cottage up front (plus taxes and fees(18%)).
6-15 units, the deposit amount would be the reservation/purchase of TWO rooms or cottages up front (plus taxes and fees (18%)).

 

Full Facility Rental

Private rental of the entire facility (11 guest rooms, 4 cottages) is available. Please remember that a Full-Facility Rental does NOT include the use of the Pavilion. 

Full-Facility Rental pricing varies by season and day of the week, currently ranging from $3,795 – $4,350 per night, before taxes and fees (18%).  Refunds are not available for ANY reservations cancelled within 60 days of the reservation date and credit card fees will be withheld from refunds.

With a full-facility rental you will have the option to keep the breakfast service or request that it be suspended for your privacy.

Pavilion Rental

The Pavilion at The Limelight Inn is a separate, rentable space for groups of +/- 50 guests, with 3 time slots to choose from:

  • 11am to 4pm
  • 5pm to 10pm
  • 11am to 10pm (Full Day)

The price will vary depending on the day of the week/time slot:

  • Sunday thru Wednesday – $500 per slot or $900 for full day
  • Thursday thru Saturday – $600 for 11am to 4pm, $650 for 5pm to 10pm and $1000 for 11am-10pm
  • Discounts are available with the reservation of at least 4 rooms/cottages

The space is ideal for:

  • Micro Weddings / Rehearsal & Welcome Dinners
  • Birthday / Anniversary Celebrations
  • Graduation parties / Baby & Bridal Showers

The Pavilion comes with the following:

  • 8 round metal tables (60″)
  • 48 metal chairs (up to 60 available if needed)
  • Clear Curtains to protect from wind and precipitation
  • 2 Large trash cans with garbage bags
  • Two 24″  low-boy cocktail tables
  • Two Whiskey Barrels
  • Two bathrooms (one is handicapped accessible)
  • Counter-height refrigeration unit with counter space (approx. 8 ft)
  • 8 ft of additional counter space
  • Small hand sink with Hot & Cold water
  • Electrical outlets
  • Up Lighting and 3 ceiling fans
  • Bistro Lighting over the uncovered patio space
  • Parking for approx. 15-20 vehicles – with larger groups of 40+ guests, carpooling is encouraged
